Regional focus

Focus on Poland & Ukraine.

Central and Eastern European business and insolvency law has been an academic and practical focus of my work for more than twenty years — rooted in my doctorate, publications, teaching and a reliable network on the ground.

For institutional investors and creditors with ties to Poland and Ukraine, I combine German capital markets and insolvency law with in-depth knowledge of the respective legal systems. I handle Polish-law matters in Polish; in the Ukrainian context I work with local partners in German, English and French.
