Poland & Ukraine.

Formerly admitted in Poland. Rooted in the region.
I am admitted as an attorney in Germany and was previously admitted in Poland, where I worked for years in academia and practice in Kraków. For clients with ties to Poland, Ukraine and Central and Eastern Europe, I combine German capital markets, insolvency and corporate law with in-depth knowledge of the region's legal systems.

Representation in Poland. Advice in Ukraine.

In Poland I was admitted as an attorney and continue to represent clients there — together with locally admitted partner lawyers. In Ukraine I advise on the basis of long-standing academic and practical engagement with local law, likewise with local partners.

Editorial board member of the journal „Osteuropa-Recht“

I am a member of the editorial board of Osteuropa-Recht — the German-language journal on legal developments in Central and Eastern Europe. Areas of work

Cross-border in capital markets, insolvency and corporate law.

I support investors, creditors and companies in cross-border matters relating to Poland, Ukraine and the region — from institutional investor representation to support with market entry.
